Dr. Susan Welch
Dentist
Dr. Welch has lived in Florida since 1999. She has 1 daughter and 2 sons. In her free time, Dr. Welch likes to go to the gym, attend continuing education classes and spend time with her family and friends. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1996 and served in the United States Airforce as a dentist until starting her private practice in 2004. At WPDC, you will see Dr. Welch in all clinical settings taking exceptional care of our patients.
Brian
Practice Manager
Brian is a USAF Veteran. He loves to spend time with his family and is a Georgia Bulldog fan. When he is not in the office, he is known as the “Beaver Man” in many communities around Okaloosa county.
Crissy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Crissy is a Florida native and has worked with Dr. Welch since 2020. She has 3 daughters, 1 son and a grandson. In her free time Crissy enjoys spending time with her family, reading and fishing. She started working in the dental field in 2000 as a dental assistant and graduated from dental hygiene school in 2007. At WPDC, you will see her for all your oral health and hygiene appointments.
Amber
TMJ & OSA Assistant/ Certified Dental Assistant
Amber has lived in Florida since 1994
and has worked with Dr. Welch since 2005. She has four sons. In her free time,
Amber enjoys spending time at the beach and local rivers with her family and
friends. Amber specializes in assisting with TMJ and sleep apnea therapeutics.
At WPDC, you will see her working in both the front and back office to assist
you with your treatments, scheduling appointments or answering any questions
you may have.

Hi, my name is Heather and I am new to the dental field. I’m just a small-town girl from south Alabama who loves people, the beach and Alabama football. I relocated here from middle Georgia and am blessed to be called mama by 4 amazing kids. I became interested in dentistry because of the profound effect it has on changing people’s lives for the better while maintaining their dental health. I am motivated by the challenge of learning new things and by the satisfaction of a job well done. I love getting to know patients and building lasting relationships. At the dental clinic, we are like a family; we truly enjoy each other’s company and the clinic’s atmosphere makes it a great place to work. In addition, it is really awesome to work with professionals that all care about our patients’ wellbeing. It is my pleasure to serve and be a part of the amazing team at Wright Parkway Dental Center

Registered Dental Hygienist
I’m Melissa, a dedicated dental hygienist at Wright Parkway Dental. With over 28 years of experience in the field, I’m passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal oral health. I graduated from Missouri College with a degree in Dental Hygiene and am certified by the Missouri and Florida state boards. I believe in a gentle and compassionate approach to dental care, and I’m committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technology in the field. When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time traveling with my husband and our two daughters. Along with our dog Swayze.
Neisa
TMJ & OSA Assistant/ Certified Dental Assistant
Neisa Williams has 21 years experience in the dental field. She received her certification in Dental Assistant from Northwest Florida State College and she is nationally certified and her AA degree. Neisa is committed and passionate about dental. Neisa enjoys cooking, traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her Husband.
